Booking Policy

We understand every now and then things don’t work out as planned.

 

To help us provide the highest quality service to our clients, we have a booking policy for all appointments . 

 

Here's how it works.

When booking in your treatment with us, a booking deposit of $100 will be required to secure your appointment.  

​

For services under $100, a booking fee of $50 is required.  

​

Your booking fee will be used towards the total cost of your treatment on the day of your service. 

​

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations and re-scheduling of appointments (including all complimentary consultations and reviews).  Cancellations greater than 48 hrs notice, will receive a full refund of the booking deposit.

Any changes made to your appointment with less than 48 hrs of your appointment time, including not showing up to your appointment, cancellations or reschedules,  you are welcome to reschedule your appointment and a new booking deposit will apply.

If you attend your appointment with an active cold sore or have applied numbing cream to your treatment area before a HIFU treatment, have not fully removed any fake tans before a laser treatment, or are deemed a risk to our teams health as you are exhibiting active cold or flu symptoms, we will not be able to look after you and your deposit will not be refunded. You are welcome to re-schedule your appointment with us, which will require a 100% pre-payment of your service.

Any changes made to any complimentary service appointments with less than 48 hrs, including 3 month or check-in reviews,  you are welcome to reschedule your appointment, which will require a $100 pre-payment of your service.

All clients are sent a confirmation SMS 3 day’s prior to their scheduled appointment.

We are unable to receive voice calls on this number.   You will need to confirm your appointment before the deadline of 48 hrs, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.

To confirm your appointment, simply follow the link on your SMS message.

 

To cancel or reschedule, you will need to either call the clinic, email our us, or message us on any of our social media platforms ( Facebook or Instagram ).

We may use our discretion and waive the policy where we deem necessary.
